At the session, citizen Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao (acting on behalf of Ms. Nguyen Thi Loan, residential group Phu Xa 13, Tich Luong ward) presented opinions and petitions relating to a land dispute involving her family. Relevant departments and agencies participated to clarify the details of the case.

In directive remarks, the Chairman of Provincial People’s Council assigned the People’s Committee of Tich Luong ward to take the lead in coordinating with the Department of Agriculture and Environment to re-survey the entire land parcel, clarify its origin, history of use and current use status by Ms. Nguyen Thi Loan’s household no later than April 30, 2026. He also requested that the citizen cooperate closely with the competent authorities and provide all relevant documentation. The Legal Affairs Committee of Provincial People’s Council was tasked with monitoring implementation of the conclusions to ensure all directives are carried out strictly and in accordance with the law.
