Collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in Thai Nguyen Province Literature and Arts Association work and activities, for the 2020–2025 period, receiving commendations

Pursuant to Decision No. 992/QD-UBND dated April 15, 2026 of Thai Nguyen Provincial People’s Committee, Thai Nguyen Province Literature and Arts Association was officially renamed Thai Nguyen Province Literature and Arts Federation with effect from the date of signing.

During the thematic discussion, People’s Artist Vuong Duy Bien, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Literature and Arts Federation and Chairman of the Vietnam Cultural Industry Development Association, shared a number of perspectives on developing the cultural industry in the current period. People’s Artist Vuong Duy Bien suggested that cultural industry development should anchor itself in three core values: “Creativity – Identity – Dissemination.” With regard to Thai Nguyen province specifically, he noted the need to build distinctive cultural product brands such as tea culture, scenic landscapes and historical sites and to strengthen the integration of culture and tourism with the market.

On this occasion, 5 collectives and 15 individuals with outstanding achievements in the work of the Association and in literature and arts activities in Thai Nguyen province for the 2020–2025 period were honored to receive Certificates of Commendation from the Chairman of Thai Nguyen Provincial People’s Committee.
