In the February 3, 2026 batch, the whole province has 1,386 Party members awarded and posthumously awarded Party Badges, of which 1,372 Party members were awarded Party Badges. Particularly, the Party Committee of Phan Dinh Phung Ward has 178 Party members awarded Party Badges.

Comrade Tran Lac is the only Party member of Phan Dinh Phung Ward Party Committee and the entire Provincial Party Committee to be awarded the 80-year Party Membership Badge in this batch. He was born on March 3, 1928, joined the Party on November 7, 1947; having gone through many working positions, throughout the revolutionary activity process, he always upheld the spirit of responsibility, being an exemplary Party member, excellently completing all assigned tasks.

Speaking at the Ceremony, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan respectfully congratulated, acknowledged and commended the persistent contributions and dedication of Comrade Tran Lac to the Party's revolutionary cause. He affirmed that the 80-year Party Membership Badge is not only the honor and pride of individual Party member Tran Lac and his family but also the pride of Residential Group 108 Cell and Phan Dinh Phung Ward Party Committee.
