This Decision aims to concretize the goals, tasks and solutions for logistics industry development suitable to the practical conditions of the province. At the same time, it enhances the competitiveness of logistics enterprises, contributing to promoting socio-economic development and improving the efficiency of goods circulation in the area.

According to the plan, Thai Nguyen sets the goal of developing the logistics service system in a modern, synchronous and effective direction, associated with the transport infrastructure system, industrial parks, industrial clusters and production centers of the province. The province will focus on attracting investment resources to develop logistics centers, warehouses, transport services and goods distribution. It aims to step by step form an effective logistics supply chain, thereby contributing to reducing transport costs and improving the competitiveness of goods in the market.

Besides, the province aims to push the application of science and technology and digital transformation in logistics activities, encouraging enterprises to apply smart management and automation solutions in managing warehouses, transport and supply chains. At the same time, the province will focus on developing high-quality human resources for the logistics industry and strengthening training and fostering professional skills for the labor force serving this field.

One of the important contents of the plan is to strengthen regional linkages and connect with major logistics centers nationwide, thereby improving the ability of local enterprises to participate in domestic and international supply chains.

Developing the warehouse system and logistics centers is one of the goals of the plan

In order to effectively implement the plan, the Provincial People's Committee assigned departments, sectors and localities, based on their assigned functions and tasks, to proactively build implementation programs and plans; simultaneously coordinating to remove difficulties, improve the business investment environment and create favorable conditions to attract enterprises to participate in investing and developing logistics services in the province.

The implementation of the action plan for logistics service development is expected to improve the efficiency of the distribution system, reduce logistics costs and promote the development of trade, industry and import-export, thereby contributing positively to the socio-economic development goals of Thai Nguyen province in the coming period.

The Strategy for Vietnam's logistics service development for the 2025 - 2035 period, with a vision to 2050, was issued by the Government to build a modern, sustainable and highly competitive logistics industry, playing an important role in national and international supply chains.
