The Delegation inspected Quang Chu Industrial Cluster (Cho Moi commune) and Thanh Binh Industrial Park Infrastructure Construction Investment Project - Phase 2 (Thanh Thinh commune). At Quang Chu Industrial Cluster, currently, Onsen Fuji Bac Kan Joint Stock Company has completed the construction site preparation. Currently, 19 enterprises have leased (registered to lease) land to operate in the Industrial Cluster, of which the leased industrial land area is 18.5 hectares.

The Delegation also surveyed the expected construction location of Tan Ky bridge (Tan Ky commune). According to the proposal of the Northern Traffic and Agriculture Construction Investment Project Management Board, the new bridge has a length of about 600 meters; the starting point will intersect with National Highway 3 (around KM134+000) and the ending point will connect to the existing road in the commune center area. The construction of the new bridge will replace the old suspension bridge that has degraded and no longer meets travel needs.

Through inspection and survey, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan required that related localities and units must focus on reviewing planning, accelerate the investment preparation progress of industrial parks and clusters under the "green lane" mechanism, complete connecting transport infrastructure and create clean land funds ready to attract investment projects. He especially noted that investment attraction must be selective, prioritize capable investors and resolutely not attract industries at all costs. Along with that, localities are required to proactively prepare human resources, improve labor quality and meet the needs of enterprises, thereby contributing to sustainably promoting the socio-economic development of the northern area of the province.
Particularly for Thanh Binh Industrial Park Project - Phase 2 in particular, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee required that the site clearance progress must be accelerated, striving to commence on the occasion of April 30. For Cho Moi 4 Industrial Park (Thanh Mai commune), they should strive to commence on the occasion of the 81st anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day September 2.
