Continuing the program of visiting and presenting gifts on the occasion of Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026, on January 28, working delegations of the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Fatherland Front Committee visited, encouraged and presented meaningful gifts to policy families, poor households, near-poor households, students with difficult circumstances and the elderly in the province.

The Delegation visited and presented gifts to policy families in the commune, including: Mr. Hoang Van Mac in Pu Mat village, war invalid 71%; Mr. Hoang Quang Duong in Dong Tam village, sick soldier 68%; Mr. Nguyen Xuan Bai in Doan Ket village, war invalid 21%; and Mrs. Nong Thi Nau, 100 years old, in Thach Ngoa 1 hamlet.

Next, the Working Delegation attended the Program presenting gifts for "Tet for the Poor Peak Week"; presenting 60 gift sets to poor households in the commune, each worth VND 1.2 million.

Speaking at the Program, Chairman of the Inspection Commission of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Thu Trang emphasized that promoting the tradition of “mutual affection,” Thai Nguyen province always cares for the lives of policy families and meritorious people, ensuring everyone and every home welcomes a full, warm Tet, with the spirit of “leaving no one behind”. She requested Thuong Minh Commune to continue performing well social security work, gratitude; simultaneously having practical support solutions, helping households gradually rise out of poverty, contributing to building an increasingly developed homeland.
Currently, Thuong Minh Commune has over 800 poor and near-poor households, accounting for 17% of total commune population. In recent times, the commune has focused on directing and effectively implementing social security policies, contributing to stabilizing the People's lives and promoting local socio-economic development. Caring for policy beneficiaries, meritorious people, poor households, near-poor households, the elderly, people with disabilities and social protection beneficiaries have been carried out fully, promptly and according to regulations. During the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026, the commune presented gifts to 695 meritorious people, social protection beneficiaries and social pensioners. Additionally, the commune mobilized organizations, individuals and units to present gifts to poor households, near-poor households and children with difficult circumstances.
On this occasion, the Department of Construction also presented 110 gift sets worth VND 66 million to the poor of Thuong Minh Commune.

At the families visited, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Linh solicitously inquired after the health and lives of the families, simultaneously expressing deep gratitude for the contributions and sacrifices of policy families and people with meritorious services to the revolution in the struggle for national liberation and national defense. He affirmed that the Party, State and Thai Nguyen province always pay attention and care for the material and spiritual life of policy families, meritorious people and the elderly; simultaneously hoping families continue to promote revolutionary traditions, educate children and grandchildren to comply well with the Party's guidelines, State's policies and laws, actively study and work, participating in building an increasingly developed homeland.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested the local Party committee and authorities to continue performing well the gratitude and remembrance activities, caring for meritorious people and the elderly; timely grasping and resolving arising difficulties and obstacles; helping families have favorable conditions for economic development, thereby contributing positively to local and provincial development.

Next, the Working Delegation attended the “Tet for the Poor Peak Week 2026” Gift Giving Program; presenting 60 gift sets to poor and near-poor households and 15 bicycles to students with difficult circumstances in Yen Trach Commune. On this occasion, the Provincial School of Politics also presented 16 gift sets to poor and near-poor households in Yen Trach and Hop Thanh communes, contributing to sharing difficulties and encouraging families and students to rise in life.

In 2025, under the leadership of the Party Committee, the administration of the authorities and the involvement of the entire political system, the socio-economic situation of Trang Xa Commune continued to maintain stability; the material and spiritual life of the people gradually improved. Poverty reduction and social security work were deployed synchronously, promptly and for the right subjects. However, Trang Xa still has a portion of poor households, near-poor households and households with particularly difficult circumstances due to lack of production means, lack of labor, or encountering risks in life, needing the attention and support of all levels, sectors and the social community, especially during the Lunar New Year.
On this occasion, the provincial Working Delegation presented 60 gift sets to poor households, near-poor households and households with difficult circumstances in the commune.
