At the working session, Comrade Do Thi Minh Hoa, Member of the Party Standing Committee, Head of Commission for Propaganda, Education and Mass Mobilization of the Provincial Party Committee, reported on key tasks in 2026. Accordingly, the Commission continues to advise on organizing deep and broad political activities aiming to study, thoroughly grasp and propagate the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress and simultaneously pushes the propaganda on the results of the Election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and deputies to People's Councils at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term. Along with that, the Commission also advises on implementing many major commemorative activities, prominently the 90th anniversary of establishing the first Communist Party base of Thai Nguyen province and the 80th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh returning to Thai Nguyen to lead the resistance war against the French colonialists.

The Commission also focuses on implementing new directives of the Central Government and the province and strengthening political, ideological and legal education for workers in the new situation. Learning and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, ethics and style continue to be pushed in a practical direction, associated with the specific tasks of each agency, unit and Party member.

Propaganda and information orientation work will be strengthened, ensuring timely reflection of the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws and the province's development tasks. At the same time, the Commission proactively grasps public opinion, forecasts the ideological situation and timely struggles against and refutes wrong viewpoints and malicious and toxic information.

In mass mobilization work, the focus is on improving operational effectiveness across the entire political system, especially within state agencies, with the goal of building a modern, service-oriented administration for the people. “Skillful mass mobilization” movements and models will continue to be widely implemented in association with socio-economic development. The establishment and operation of mass mobilization task forces in site clearance will be closely guided and supervised.

Regarding the Project on enhancing the effectiveness of propaganda and mass mobilization work for the 2025–2030 term, in the first quarter of 2026, units have fully implemented all 13 assigned tasks; of which 2 tasks have been 100% completed, while the remaining tasks are being carried out regularly, ensuring progress and quality.

Delivering concluding remarks, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Trinh Xuan Truong highly appreciated the achieved results of Commission for Propaganda and Mass Mobilization of the Provincial Party Committee in recent times. Facing task requirements in the new situation, identifying the "paving the way" role in propaganda and mass mobilization work, he requested that the Commission must continue to review and systematize resolutions and directives of the Central Government to serve leadership and direction work, conduct evaluations, preliminary reviews, final reviews and inspections and simultaneously strengthen staying close to the grassroots, firmly grasp the practical situation and improve the role and responsibility of grassroots party committees and authorities in propaganda and mass mobilization work. In addition, the Commission is required to focus on learning and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and style, innovate and diversify forms of propagating resolutions of the Central Government and the province and continue to effectively implement Scheme No. 08-DA/TU dated December 10, 2025 of the Provincial Party Executive Committee on improving the effectiveness of propaganda and mass mobilization work in Thai Nguyen province for the 2025 - 2030 term.

The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also assigned Commission for Propaganda and Mass Mobilization of the Provincial Party Committee to report on building the Provincial Political School to meet Type II standards, survey and evaluate the operating model of commune-level Political Centers after one year of implementing the two-tier local government model and timely commend and replicate advanced examples in implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW dated May 15, 2016 of the Politburo on pushing learning and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and style. Furthermore, these entities must proactively advise on propaganda orientation for press agencies in the area and deploy press awards of the Central Government and the province in 2026, ensuring quality and effectiveness.
