The Provincial Party Executive Committee Conference on Personnel Affairs

At the Conference, the Organization Commission of the Provincial Party Committee presented a proposal on the supplementation and consolidation of members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term. The consolidation was called for on the basis of practical personnel requirements and Central-level regulations.

In his directing remarks at the conferences, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee stressed that urgently consolidating personnel affairs is of great significance and is decisive for the overall leadership effectiveness of the provincial Party Committee. He called on delegates to uphold a spirit of responsibility, to thoroughly review dossiers and to adhere strictly to the approved standards, criteria and personnel planning; to carry out the nomination and selection process objectively and impartially so as to identify officials who exemplify strong political character and professional capacity, thereby reinforcing the strength of Party leadership and enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the political system.
