The Provincial Stadium Construction Project and its auxiliary components in Duc Xuan Ward has a capacity of approximately 8,000 seats. To date, site clearance work is essentially complete, and construction items are being implemented as planned. During the inspection, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Duong Van Luong examined the site and reviewed proposals from the Management Board for Transportation and Agricultural Construction Project Investment in the North (project owner) to adjust and supplement a number of components relating to transportation, technical infrastructure, and site clearance arrangements, with the aim of reducing investment costs while ensuring compatibility with the project's scale and operational requirements.

Regarding the Technical Infrastructure Investment and Construction Project for Quang Chu Industrial Cluster in Cho Moi Commune, the working delegation conducted on-site inspections at the locations proposed for adjustments to the scope, boundaries, and boundary marker coordinates, with the aim of avoiding overlap with the planned alignment of expressway CT.07 Hanoi - Thai Nguyen - Cho Moi. Under the proposed plan, the approximately 22 hectares affected by the overlap would be relocated to the southwest, covering an equivalent area, thereby preserving the 74.4-hectare scale of the Industrial Cluster as stipulated in the approved establishment decision, and remaining consistent with the adjusted Thai Nguyen Province Master Plan for the 2021-2030 period with a vision to 2050.

Following the on-site inspection, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Duong Van Luong directed relevant departments, agencies, localities, and project owners to continue close coordination and accelerate site clearance progress; expedite the finalization of dossiers and administrative procedures for adjusting the projects in accordance with regulations; and proactively address difficulties and obstacles arising during implementation. He emphasized that ensuring the progress of key projects is of great importance for attracting investment and driving the province's socioeconomic development in the coming period.
