Construction begins on Luong Phu Commune Residential Area No. 1 Project
On the morning of August 19, at Kha Son commune, TNG Land Joint Stock Company held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Luong Phu Commune Residential Area No. 1 Project, commercially known as Homie Parkia. This is one of two projects selected for groundbreaking by Thai Nguyen Province to mark the 81st anniversary of the success of the August Revolution and National Day 2/9, helping create momentum for urban development, infrastructure, and improved living conditions in the southern part of the province.

The Luong Phu Commune Residential Area No. 1 Project is being implemented in Kha Son commune, covering over 21 hectares, with a total investment of over VND 437 billion and an estimated population of about 2,500 people. The project is comprehensively planned, with over 36% of its area designated for residential land and over 21% for green spaces and water bodies, along with technical infrastructure and public facilities.
With its favorable location, the project is connected to the commune's administrative center, Luong Phu - Tan Duc Industrial Cluster, TNG Phu Binh Garment Factory, and industrial, commercial, and service development areas. It will also be connected to key transport routes, including Capital Region Ring Road 5 and DH46.
According to the plan, the project will be implemented from the third quarter of 2026 to the second quarter of 2029. Upon completion, it will help expand the supply of residential land, complete the technical infrastructure system, and create an integrated, modern living environment, meeting growing housing demand amid industrialization and urbanization in the southern part of Thai Nguyen Province.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Comrade Nguyen Thi Loan, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee, emphasized that in recent years, Thai Nguyen has remained steadfast in its goal of rapid and sustainable development, aiming to become a modern industrial center of the Northern Midlands and Mountainous Region, while also promoting harmonious development among industry, urban areas, and services.
According to the Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee, strong industrial growth has generated increasing demand for housing for workers, experts, officials, and residents, as well as for commercial and service facilities and social infrastructure. Therefore, the Luong Phu Commune Residential Area No. 1 Project has practical significance in expanding residential land, completing infrastructure, and creating an integrated, modern living environment, while also helping Kha Son commune realize its development potential.
She acknowledged and highly appreciated the sense of responsibility demonstrated by departments, boards, sectors, and localities in coordinating and supporting the investor to complete procedures in accordance with regulations, and commended TNG Land Joint Stock Company for its proactive approach and determination in preparing and implementing the project.
To ensure the project is implemented on schedule and with quality, she requested the investor to mobilize resources, organize construction methodically, and ensure safety and construction quality; strictly comply with legal regulations on investment, construction, land, environmental protection, fire prevention and firefighting, and occupational safety. Departments, boards, sectors, and local authorities are to continue working alongside and coordinating closely with the investor; proactively provide guidance and promptly resolve difficulties and obstacles in project implementation; and strengthen management, inspection, and supervision to ensure that the project is carried out in accordance with regulations.
