TNG ranks among top 3 businesses with the strongest workforce growth in the first half of 2026
According to data compiled by CafeF, in the first six months of 2026, TNG Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company recorded impressive workforce growth, rising into the Top 3 businesses with the largest workforce increase in the market. This result not only reflects the demand for production expansion but also demonstrates the effectiveness of a well-structured, people-centered human resource development strategy.

Amid the gradual recovery of the textile and garment industry, TNG has proactively expanded production at its units to meet growing order demand from key export markets. To meet this production expansion, in the first six months of 2026, the company added 1,030 workers, raising its total workforce to 19,902 people.

The increase in human resources has been carried out in parallel with solutions to enhance governance capacity, optimize production processes, and maintain a stable working environment, laying a solid foundation for long-term growth objectives. Positive signals from production and business activities confirm the effectiveness of the scale-expansion strategy. In the cumulative first seven months of 2026, TNG’s revenue reached VND 6,117 billion, up 22.2% year-on-year; July alone reached VND 1,252 billion, up 29.2%.

Not stopping at expanding production scale alone, TNG has identified human development as the core foundation for sustainable growth. The company places emphasis on comprehensive investment in human resources through upgrading skills, refining capabilities, and building clear career development paths for each position.

In particular, TNG places strong emphasis on onboarding training from the very first days. When joining the Company, workers are given clear orientation on their jobs, corporate culture, and development path, while also receiving close attention and support to quickly adapt to the working environment. It is this support from the “first step” that has built a solid foundation, helping workers feel secure in staying with the Company and developing their capabilities throughout their time working there.

A system of nearly 100 internal training programs has been methodically implemented, ranging from direct on-the-line mentoring and professional skills training to the cultivation of key personnel and the development of soft and professional skills. The programs are designed to be diverse and are continuously updated, helping workers steadily improve their capabilities to meet the increasingly stringent requirements of the global supply chain.

Competitive remuneration policy - “retaining” and “attracting” talent

One of the key factors that has helped TNG become an attractive “destination” in the labor market is its comprehensive, competitive system of remuneration and benefits policies.

Worker income at the Company has been maintained at a stable level with positive growth. The Company’s average income in the first six months of the year reached VND 11.5 million per person per month, up 10% year-on-year. In addition, the company flexibly applies productivity bonus policies, attendance bonuses, and various other support and benefit allowances, helping increase workers’ actual income.

Not stopping at income alone, TNG places special emphasis on improving quality of life through practical benefits: free shift meals and commuting shuttles; health checkups twice a year; personal accident insurance; recognition and rewards for long-serving workers; and many other care policies. At the same time, cultural and sports activities are organized regularly, creating a dynamic, cohesive working environment rich in identity.

These coordinated policies not only help improve workers’ quality of life but also build a stable, humane working environment that helps TNG retain and attract talent amid increasingly fierce competition.

“Good land draws the birds to nest” - the appeal of a sustainable working environment

TNG places emphasis on building a sustainable working environment by promoting digital transformation, production automation, and the application of advanced technologies such as ERP, AI, Big Data, automated robots, and smart hanging conveyor systems. This has helped reduce manual operations, improve operational efficiency, and enhance working conditions for employees.

Alongside production development, TNG is implementing a sustainable development strategy oriented toward ESG, focusing on efficient energy use, promoting green production, and reducing environmental impact, with the aim of building a safe, modern, and friendly workspace for nearly 20,000 officers and employees. These efforts have been recognized through nine occasions on which TNG was honored in the Vietnam Corporate Sustainability Index (CSI) Program, affirming the company’s commitment to and results in its sustainable development journey.

The philosophy of “Everything for the happiness of workers” is not only reflected in policy but is also put into practice through the way the company stands alongside, shares with, and creates development opportunities for each worker. This is precisely why the company is increasingly attracting large numbers of workers from the local area and neighboring regions. As a result, TNG has become a place where workers can confidently commit to and develop their careers over the long term.

Ranking among the Top 3 businesses with the strongest workforce growth in the first half of 2026 is clear evidence of TNG’s internal strength and well-directed development strategy. In the coming time, the company will continue to aim at improving the quality of its human resources, optimizing production efficiency, and consolidating its position in Vietnam’s textile and garment industry.
