Tea land flower street – an impressive check-in destination at the beginning of Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026
In preparation for Lunar New Year Binh Ngo 2026, Thai Nguyen province is organizing the “Tea Land Flower Street” along Doi Can Street, Phan Dinh Phung Ward under the theme: “Galloping to success / Thai Nguyen shining brightly”. The event conveys the province’s aspiration for development, spirit of innovation and confidence in a prosperous future in the new year of Binh Ngo 2026.

The entrance gate of the flower street features the zodiac mascot of the Year of the Horse as its centerpiece

The flower street will include four flower island clusters with different design concepts. It begins with a welcome gate and a flower cluster stylized from the three-entrance gate of Nui Coc Lake, bearing distinctive architectural and cultural imprints of Thai Nguyen with the focal point being the zodiac mascot of the Year of the Horse placed in the center.

In addition, a highlight miniature landscape cluster features a light tree and flag-shaped decorations, continuously transforming through images and text to convey messages about the traditional Lunar New Year. The flower street is brilliantly decorated with a wide variety of colorful plants and flowers, allowing visitors and local people to fully experience the festive atmosphere of Tet. Notably, the flower street also includes a display frame featuring the names of 92 communes and wards of Thai Nguyen province, symbolizing unity, solidarity and pride in the province’s new administrative space. The flower island clusters will also showcase a recreated Vietnamese rural landscape, a bas-relief of Saint Giong riding a horse and bamboo hedges – depicting a heroic historical story of the Vietnamese people’s long-standing tradition of resisting foreign invaders.
