Preparations underway for the groundbreaking of Route Inn Grand Thai Nguyen Hotel
On the afternoon of March 11, Comrade Bui Van Luong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, chaired a meeting with relevant departments, sectors and the investor to review the implementation progress of the Route Inn Grand Thai Nguyen Hotel Project and preparations for its groundbreaking ceremony.

The project is invested by Route Inn Thai Nguyen One Member Co., Ltd. (an economic organization with 100% foreign investment from Japan). It is being developed in Yen Binh Urban Area, Van Xuan Ward, Thai Nguyen Province. The project consists of a 14-storey building with a technical rooftop floor, with a total investment of approximately VND 650 billion on a land area of more than 9,115 m². The hotel is designed with facilities that meet Japanese standards, harmoniously combining Vietnamese and Japanese cultural elements. It will provide a wide range of high-end services such as restaurants, spa, massage, hot spring baths, mud baths and facilities for organizing events, conferences, seminars and exhibitions. Previously, on June 12, 2025, the project was granted an Investment Registration Certificate by Thai Nguyen Province People’s Committee, with an implementation timeline from the second quarter of 2025 to the second quarter of 2027.
According to the investor’s report, with the active support of provincial departments, sectors and local authorities, the legal procedures, as well as conditions related to land, planning and technical infrastructure for the project, have largely met the requirements. The project’s Feasibility Study Report has basically been completed and appraised by the competent construction authority in accordance with regulations, making it eligible for the next steps toward the Project commencement.
A representative of Route Inn Thai Nguyen One Member Co., Ltd. stated that the preparatory procedures for the project have basically been completed and the groundbreaking ceremony is expected to take place on March 14, 2026
The Route Inn Grand Thai Nguyen Hotel Project is expected to break ground on March 14, 2026. Once completed, the project will help improve the quality of accommodation services, meeting the needs of experts and visitors, while also connecting with golf courses and tourist destinations in the area through the regional transportation network. This is expected to create additional momentum for the development of tourism and services in the southern part of the province.
Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Bui Van Luong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, highly appreciated the investor’s proactive efforts in implementing the project, as well as the coordination of relevant departments and sectors. Emphasizing the significance of the project for promoting local tourism and service development, he requested that relevant units continue to closely coordinate with the investor to complete the remaining procedures and implement the next steps of the project, while also thoroughly preparing conditions for the groundbreaking ceremony to ensure it is held solemnly and successfully.
