2025 marked many efforts and strong movements of the local press after the merger. In that context, press agencies in the province proactively innovated content and methods of expression; promoted the application of modern technology; and improved information quality in a fast, multi-platform and multimedia direction. The consolidation of press agencies was not only a change in organization and apparatus but also an important shift in journalistic thinking - from a traditional model to a converged, modern model. Thereby, the quality of press products across all forms has been increasingly improved and the spread of official information has become increasingly strong.

The exhibition space of Binh Ngo Spring Press Festival 2026 introduces outstanding Spring newspapers and Spring magazine publications of Central press agencies, Party newspapers of provinces and cities nationwide and press publications of Thai Nguyen province; an area for introducing and reading electronic newspapers; and displaying books and high-quality journalistic works. The content of this year's Spring publications vividly reflects the panorama of the political, economic, cultural and social life of the country and the province in the context of promoting administrative unit arrangement, promoting digital transformation, socio-economic development and deep integration. This helps the People and tourists have a comprehensive view of outstanding achievements, development orientations and aspirations to rise in the new year.

The Spring Press Festival is an annual activity organized by Thai Nguyen Province Journalists Association every time Tet comes and Spring arrives; it has become a cultural beauty maintained for many years and a meaningful rendezvous point for the contingent of journalists with the People and tourists from all over. The activity not only honors the achievements of the Vietnamese revolutionary press over 101 years of construction and development but also contributes to improving spiritual cultural life and spreading reading culture in the community.

Speaking at the program, Chairman of the Vietnam Journalists Association Le Quoc Minh emphasized: The Spring Press Festival is not only an annual cultural activity every Tet and Spring but also an occasion to look back on the development journey of the Vietnamese revolutionary press, affirming the mission and responsibility of the contingent of journalists in the new period. He highly appreciated the efforts to innovate and the strong transformation of Thai Nguyen press in recent times, especially in the context of arranging, streamlining the organizational apparatus and promoting digital transformation. According to him, the consolidation of press agencies is not merely a structural change but an opportunity to comprehensively restructure press activities in a professional, modern, converged and multi-platform direction; thereby improving content quality, increasing interactivity and meeting the increasingly high information needs of the public.

The Chairman of the Vietnam Journalists Association affirmed that in the context of multi-dimensional information and fierce competition in cyberspace, the revolutionary press must even more firmly maintain political bravery, professional ethics and steadfast principles and purposes; simultaneously ceaselessly creating and applying new technologies to spread accurate, humanistic and in-depth information. Each journalistic work must not only reflect reality but also contribute to orienting public opinion, consolidating the People's trust in the Party's leadership, the State's management and administration and the development prospects of the country and the locality. He expressed his belief that with the spirit of solidarity, responsibility and aspiration for innovation, the contingent of Thai Nguyen journalists will continue to promote their impulsive role on the ideological and cultural front; contributing positively to the cause of building Thai Nguyen province to develop increasingly rapidly and sustainably, worthy of its position as the center of the Northern Midlands and Mountainous region. On this occasion, he also sent New Year greetings to the contingent of journalists in the province, hoping that each journalist will continue to maintain a “bright mind, pure heart, sharp pen”, constantly training in bravery, ethics and professional qualifications, so that each new spring records more beautiful marks in the journey of serving the Fatherland and the People.
