Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee conducts a field inspection of clearing and dredging Dong Danh stream

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee commended the responsible and synchronous involvement of all units in implementing the Project. Given the very limited time remaining until the Lunar New Year, he requested construction units to mobilize maximum equipment, machinery, and manpower; organize construction teams in the most scientific and efficient manner; and accelerate work shifts day and night to complete the project as soon as possible.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee suggested that while maximizing the dredging speed, the transportation of sludge and waste must be carried out in a highly scientific manner to avoid environmental impact. Additionally, the excavation of roads to replace small-diameter culverts must be calculated regarding timing and method scientifically, minimizing any impact on traffic and people's lives as much as possible.

According to on-site observations, in response to the tasks assigned by the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, construction activities at all 6 bidding packages of the Emergency Project to Address Flooding in Phan Dinh Phung Ward are being carried out in an urgent yet well-organized manner. In addition to the responsible engagement of local authorities, departments, sectors, and contractors, the project has also received strong consensus and support from a large number of local residents.
