The competing team of Department of Health of Thai Nguyen province participating in the 2025 national "I am an excellent Population propagandist" Contest

Contestants are rapporteurs at all levels and grassroots propagandists currently working at localities, agencies and units in the province.

The Contest is conducted from the grassroots, regional and provincial levels, selecting 02 typical rapporteurs (propagandists) from the provincial-level final Contest to participate in the regional Contest organized by Central Commission for Propaganda and Mass Mobilization. At the grassroots level, Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and party committees under Provincial Party Committee must base on practical conditions to organize their own level's contests or select typical rapporteurs and propagandists to participate in the regional-level Contest. In addition, they are required to complete this in April 2026.

Regarding the regional-level Contest, the whole province organizes 04 regional Contests. Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and each party committee under Provincial Party Committee must select 01 rapporteur or propagandist to participate in the regional-level Contest organized by Commission for Propaganda and Mass Mobilization of Provincial Party Committee (Party Committee of Provincial People's Committee and Party Committee of Phan Dinh Phung ward will nominate 02 contestants). Contestants are required to prepare outlines, slides and presentation videos to participate and send them to Contest Organizing Committee before April 25, 2026 (via email: thongtintuyentruyen.btgtn@gmail.com). On that basis, the Jury will conduct preliminary grading and select about 10 - 13 contestants with the highest scores to participate in presenting and answering questions directly at the regional Contest. At the end of each regional Contest, Contest Organizing Committee will select a maximum of 05 contestants achieving the highest results to attend the provincial-level final Contest. Furthermore, organizers must complete the regional Contests in May 2026. For the provincial level: At each regional Contest, a maximum of 05 high-prize-winning rapporteurs and propagandists are selected to participate in the provincial-level final Contest. The provincial-level final Contest is expected to be held in mid-June 2026.

Contest content: Contestants must select the content of the Resolution of the 14^th National Party Congress or resolutions of party congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term, as well as the concretization and organization of implementing the Resolution at their localities and units for the contest. Additionally, they are required to relate this to the reality of the agencies and localities where they work and live. The presented content must clearly demonstrate a firm grasp and deep understanding of the resolution, clarify the concretization of the resolution into action programs, plans and tasks and organize the implementation suitably with practical conditions, associated with maximally exploiting and promoting the potential and advantages of the localities and units, thereby contributing to organizing the implementation of the resolution to achieve the highest results.

Each contestant must participate fully in 03 competition parts: Preparing the presentation outline (the content is required to be concise, clear, scientific, closely follow the resolution content, not exceed 10 A4 pages and the presentation slides must not exceed 30 slides), the presentation part (contestants select the key part or the entire content of the registered thematic topic to present within 15 minutes) and the question-answering part from the Jury (the content of the questions is related to the presentation and expanded to test the knowledge and skills of rapporteurs and propagandists, with no more than 02 questions per contestant). Finally, contestants must answer the questions in no more than 05 minutes.
