During the program, the delegation presented 50 gift sets to workers of Bac Kan - Vietnam Chung Jye Shoes Manufacture Co., Ltd. and Bac Kan Urban Environment and Public Works Joint Stock Company. Each gift set is valued at VND 1.3 million, consisting of VND 1 million in cash and VND 300,000 in essential supplies.

Speaking at the program, Comrade Hoang Duy Chinh, Member of the Party Central Committee and Permanent Vice Chairman of the National Assembly's Ethnic Council, affirmed that the Party and State always care for the material and spiritual lives of workers, especially during the traditional Lunar New Year. He emphasized that workers are the direct force creating material wealth for society, contributing significantly to the development of enterprises and the locality. Therefore, caring for and ensuring the rights of workers are not only a responsibility but also a foundation for the sustainable development of enterprises. He requested that businesses continue to focus on improving working conditions, ensuring stable jobs and income and fully implementing regimes and policies for employees. Simultaneously, he expressed his hope that each worker would uphold a sense of responsibility, strive in labor and production and emulate to successfully complete assigned tasks, contributing to the local socio-economic development.
