In recent times, under the direction of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Party Standing Committee, the Provincial People's Committee has actively coordinated with ministries, sectors, localities and related units to deploy investment preparation steps in an urgent and serious spirit. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee required agencies and units must focus on reviewing the entire remaining processes and procedures of the projects; and clearly identify responsibilities and the ability to ensure progress according to the set plan.

At the meeting, related departments, sectors and units reported in detail on the progress of formulation, submission for appraisal and approval of the projects; difficulties and obstacles and proposed solutions for removal during the implementation process. For the Project on investing in building and completing the CT.07 expressway, Hanoi - Thai Nguyen - Cho Moi section, units focused on reporting progress milestones to ensure conditions for commencement according to the plan.

For the Cho Moi - Bac Kan route construction investment project, the contents focused on for clarification included the progress of building resettlement areas, the work of compensation, support and site clearance and difficulties arising during implementation.

Units also reported the results of coordination with Cao Bang Province Department of Construction in deploying the Bac Kan - Cao Bang expressway route construction investment project; and simultaneously proposed solutions to accelerate the progress, especially for the route section passing through Thai Nguyen province.

Based on the reports and through multiple field inspections, Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee gave specific opinions on each project; analyzed difficulties and obstacles and proposed solutions for removal. In which, they required related units must strengthen propaganda and mobilize the People in site clearance work and urgently complete land allocation procedures to deploy construction on schedule.

Delivering concluding and directing remarks at the meeting, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan emphasized: These are key transport projects, serving as the “backbone” axis for local socio-economic development and inter-regional connectivity. Therefore, all relevant levels, sectors and units must concentrate all available resources and make every effort to ensure implementation stays on schedule.

For the Project on investing in building and completing the CT.07 expressway, Hanoi - Thai Nguyen - Cho Moi section, he assigned the Department of Construction to review and build a detailed list of remaining work volumes; and required the investor must concentrate human resources and accelerate the progress of perfecting high-quality dossiers before May 20, 2026, striving to commence the project on June 30, 2026. He also emphasized the province's consistent viewpoint that transport infrastructure projects must be deployed synchronously and methodically, ensuring quality and long-term effectiveness. For other projects on the CT.07 route, he required related departments, sectors and units must continue to accelerate the progress of perfecting investment preparation steps; and proactively remove difficulties and obstacles to soon deploy construction, contributing to promoting local socio-economic development and developing the region and inter-regions.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee required that the projects must be deployed in a proactive and synchronous spirit, not waiting to complete this phase before implementing the next phase, but needing to organize parallel deployment of tasks to ensure progress with the highest determination. He assigned the Department of Finance to put the projects into the "green lane" to prioritize fast and effective resolution of related procedures. The spirit of "not letting small obstacles become big bottlenecks" in resolving work continued to be emphasized by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and he required departments, sectors and localities must strengthen coordination and proactively remove difficulties and obstacles arising during the project deployment process.
