In addition to the positiveness of the people, the province has also had many mechanisms to encourage people to produce clean agriculture. For example, with tea trees, the province also supports certification of meeting Good Agricultural Practice standards VietGAP, other GAPs with a support level of 100% of the cost for first-time GAP standard certification, maximum VND 6 million/ha; 100% of the cost for re-issuing GAP standard certification, maximum VND 4 million/ha for organizations and individuals eligible for tea production scale (minimum from 5 ha). In addition, the province supports 100% of the cost for first-time organic standard certification, maximum VND 60 million/ha; 100% of the cost for re-issuing organic standard certification, maximum VND 40 million/ha. Supporting 70% of the cost of buying organic fertilizers, microbiological organic fertilizers, biological pesticides, biological products during the conversion to organic tea production for a maximum of 3 years and not exceeding VND 50 million/ha/year. Notably, to encourage people to improve product quality, ensure food safety and meet export needs, the province has a mechanism to support organizations and individuals producing, processing and consuming tea to build and certify quality management systems such as ISO, HACCP or other advanced Quality Management System certifications. The support level is 100% of the cost for first-time standard certification, maximum VND 50 million/facility. From the encouragement of the State and the positiveness of the people, to date, Thai Nguyen has formed concentrated production areas, intensive farming towards clean production for main, key and advantageous crops such as: Tea, rice, vegetables, flowers, fruit trees.

With rice plants, the application of technical advances in farming has been promoted to increase product value, productivity and output. Accordingly, over 260 ha of rice certified for safe production according to VietGAP standards of the province are concentrated in Phu Luong, Phu Binh, Vo Nhai communes... Regarding tea trees, most of the concentrated production area in the province applies GAP, organic standards..., equivalent to about 17,800 ha of tea, of which, the area certified with VietGAP is more than 6,440 ha; the area certified with organic standards is 125 ha. These areas are all eligible to ensure food safety. With green vegetable production areas, people in the province have promoted the application of safe vegetable production technology, VietGAP using greenhouse, net house technology, automatic irrigation systems; off-season vegetable production... into production. Currently, the whole province has 339 ha of vegetables certified for safe production according to VietGAP standards. For fruit trees, the whole province has built a number of concentrated fruit tree production areas in Vo Nhai, La Hien, Quan Chu... Accordingly, in the area, there are over 1,100 ha meeting VietGAP, organic standards. Mr. Nguyen Ta, Head of the Sub-Department of Crop Production and Plant Protection said: In recent times, people in the province have invested in applying biological products in pest control, preservation, supplementary pollination to improve quality, design and value of agricultural products, ensure food safety, have high economic value and have a stable consumption market. This is the foundation for the province to continue promoting clean agricultural production in the coming time.
