Diem Thuy Social Housing Project is invested by Phu Binh House Development and Investment Joint Stock Company, covering an area of approximately 4.19 hectares with a total investment of over VND 866 billion. The project comprises 567 apartments, meeting the housing needs of around 1,500 residents, along with synchronized infrastructure facilities such as a kindergarten, community house, public parking areas, technical infrastructure systems... The project is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2028.

The project not only contributes to realizing the province’s social housing development goals but also meets the residential needs of workers and laborers, thereby helping them feel secure in their work and maintain long-term commitment to enterprises and the locality. At the same time, the project is expected to create momentum for investment attraction, stabilize and develop the workforce, improve people’s living standards and make an important contribution to promoting the province’s socio-economic growth at 11% or higher in the coming years and during the 2026–2030 period.

Speaking at the Ceremony, Comrade Bui Van Luong, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts and sense of responsibility of departments, sectors and local authorities in coordinating, advising and implementing relevant procedures. He also commended the proactive and serious spirit of Phu Binh House Development and Investment Joint Stock Company in preparing investment procedures, completing all legal documentation and ensuring the necessary conditions for the project to commence as scheduled. This serves as vivid evidence of close coordination and partnership between the government and enterprises, demonstrating shared determination to remove obstacles and accelerate the implementation of key projects, thereby contributing to sustainable and effective socio-economic development for the benefit of the people.

In order for the Project to be implemented effectively and on schedule, the Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee requested that the investor should mobilize maximum resources, organize construction in compliance with quality and safety standards, strictly adhere to committed timelines and shorten the completion period where possible. The investor was also urged to proactively coordinate with relevant departments to develop a pricing framework in accordance with regulations, ensuring that eligible citizens, including workers, can access social housing. Provincial departments and Diem Thuy Commune People’s Committee were asked to continue promoting responsibility, strengthen coordination and promptly address difficulties arising during implementation, while enhancing state management, inspection and supervision to ensure compliance with planning and legal regulations. Local residents in the project area were encouraged to continue supporting the province’s social housing development policy and facilitate the safe, effective and timely implementation of the Project.
