With the viewpoint that data is a resource, an important means of production and the core foundation serving the direction and administration work of authorities at all levels, in recent times, the province has been determined to implement the review, standardization, integration and sharing of data to complete and form the Shared Data Warehouse and the Intelligent Operations Center of Thai Nguyen province. The provincial data center includes the Shared Data Warehouse, the Intelligent Operations Center (IOC) and an upgraded version of C-Thainguyen app. To date, the province's Data Warehouse has integrated 42 databases, ensuring that they are "correct, sufficient, clean, live, unified, shared", creating an important foundation for analysis, decision-making support and data-driven administration.

Speaking at the program, Comrade Nguyen Thi Loan, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee, Permanent Deputy Head of the Provincial Data Steering Committee requested departments, sectors and localities to continue maintaining data updates for the system; continue reviewing and standardizing data; upgrading systems; and organizing data connection and sharing via API in accordance with the digital architecture and data architecture frameworks. She emphasized: The overarching requirement regarding the quality of data connected to the Shared Warehouse is that it must absolutely meet the criteria of "correct - sufficient - clean - live - unified - shared" and be updated in real-time. Besides, it is necessary to promote the role of the Data Center as a "digital brain" in direction and administration work, effectively serving the operation of authorities at all levels. Operating scenarios on the IOC must be associated with the socio-economic development reality, leadership and direction of each sector. Departments, sectors and localities must exploit and use data displayed on the IOC Center to serve briefing meetings; simultaneously, use data on the IOC to serve the daily monitoring, inspection and supervision of task implementation situations for units and localities. Special attention must be paid to ensuring data safety and security, considering this a prerequisite for the sustainable development of the system. The Data Center and IOC must be operated in accordance with information safety standards as prescribed. She expressed her belief that with the synchronous and drastic involvement of the entire political system, the Provincial Data Center will become an important driving force for Thai Nguyen to break through, improve administrative governance capacity and best serve the development of the province and the lives of the People.

The opening of Thai Nguyen Province Data Center marks an important step forward in digital transformation, contributing to building a digital government, digital economy and digital society in the province. The Center is an important digital infrastructure, creating conditions for agencies and units to exploit data to effectively serve management and administration work; while simultaneously helping people and enterprises conveniently access information and use digital services, thereby improving service quality and promoting the socio-economic development of the province.
