Tôn vinh nghề chè qua Cuộc thi “Chè Xuân - Ngày Xuân”
On the morning of March 17, Huong Van Tra Cooperative organized the tea roasting contest with the theme "Spring Tea - Spring Day," aiming to honor the traditional profession and improve the skills of the Cooperative's tea makers.

The Contest featured 3 teams from Huong Van Tra Cooperative. The teams performed tea roasting using traditional manual methods with tools such as cast iron pans, bamboo trays and other necessary utensils to produce dried tea buds that met the required standards.
According to the Contest rules, each team was provided with 3 kilograms of fresh tea leaves and had to produce at least 450 grams of dried tea buds within 150 minutes. The products were evaluated on a 100-point scale based on criteria including quantity, appearance, liquor color, aroma and taste.

Concluding the Contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 01 First prize (worth VND 2 million), 01 Second prize (worth VND 1.5 million) and 01 Third prize (worth VND 1 million) to the teams.
The Contest is an opportunity for members to demonstrate their skills, experience and love for the profession, contributing to improving the product quality and tea brand of Huong Van Tra Cooperative.
