The program will support building technical demonstration models; technology transfer and application of advanced machinery and scientific and technical progress in industrial and handicraft production

According to the Decision, in the 2026–2030 period, the province will focus on main contents such as: Supporting the construction of technical demonstration models; technology transfer and application of advanced machinery and scientific and technical progress in industrial and handicraft production; supporting the application of cleaner production, sustainable production and consumption (with an expected result of implementing 100 projects and supporting approximately 200 rural industrial establishments).

In addition, the Program supports the development of rural industrial products by: Organizing the selection and honoring of typical rural industrial products at the provincial level (2 voting cycles); supporting trademark registration; supporting investment in showrooms to introduce typical rural industrial products; supporting rural industrial establishments in participating in trade fairs, exhibitions and trade promotion activities both domestically and abroad; supporting the organization of skilled artisan competitions for handicrafts and design competitions for handicraft samples; and supporting activities for the consideration and awarding of the titles of People's Artisan and Meritorious Artisan in the field of handicrafts.

In addition, the program will organize training courses to disseminate mechanisms and policies on industrial promotion to industrial production establishments in the province; provide support and consultancy to enterprises and rural industrial establishments to increase investment in production and develop products with local advantages that are suitable to market demand; support the development of television and radio programs; publication of newsletters and publications; development of databases and websites; and production of leaflets, brochures and other mass communication materials to provide information on industrial development and industrial promotion policies. Furthermore, support will be provided for investment project consultancy and guidance, marketing and guidance on access to investment incentive policies, land policies, science and technology policies, financial and credit policies and other preferential policies of the State.

In addition, activities will include study tours and experience-sharing visits both domestically and internationally; thematic workshops; review and evaluation conferences on industrial promotion activities; training and capacity building for officials working in industrial promotion; and the application of information technology in the management of industrial promotion activities...
