Each commune or ward with a typical tourist site will nominate one contestant; units such as the provincial museum, the Tourism Promotion and Development Center and the Management Board of Special National Relic Sites of the province may nominate from 2 to 4 contestants; travel businesses must register at least 1 contestant.

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism will take the lead in organizing the contest, in coordination with relevant units to prepare necessary conditions, develop content and programs and ensure the contest is conducted objectively, effectively and economically. At the same time, agencies, units, localities and tourism enterprises are encouraged to actively promote and mobilize participation, contributing to improving the quality of the province’s tourism human resources.
Contestants must register and submit their presentations to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism before March 24, 2026.
