Overall perspective of the Project

Route Inn Grand Thai Nguyen Hotel Project, invested by Route Inn Thai Nguyen Single-Member Limited Liability Company, has a land use area of 9,115 m² and an investment scale of VND 650 billion, with a scale of about 350 hotel rooms, along with a system of conference, seminar, event organization services and synchronous amenities. When completed and put into operation, the Project will contribute to supplementing the high-quality accommodation facility system in the province, meeting the increasing needs of experts, investors, tourists and the business community operating in Thai Nguyen as well as neighboring areas. At the same time, the Project will also promote the development of local service, trade and tourism sectors, create more jobs for workers and actively contribute to the socio-economic growth of the province.

Speaking at the Ceremony, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Bui Van Luong acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of departments, boards, sectors and localities in proactively coordinating and supporting the investor to complete the necessary procedures to deploy the Project. He emphasized: The close and effective coordination between state management agencies and enterprises is a clear testament to the spirit of companionship and cooperation between the government and enterprises, contributing to promoting the socio-economic development of Thai Nguyen province.

He requested Route Inn Thai Nguyen Single-Member Limited Liability Company to maximally concentrate resources and organize the implementation of the Project ensuring quality, safety and effectiveness; strictly comply with legal regulations on construction, environment, fire prevention and fighting and related regulations; and strive to complete the Project on the committed schedule. Provincial departments, boards, sectors and Van Xuan Ward People's Committee continue to uphold the sense of responsibility, coordinate closely and timely guide and remove difficulties and obstacles arising during the Project deployment process; simultaneously strengthening state management, inspection and supervision work to ensure the Project is implemented in accordance with planning and legal regulations. He also requested related agencies and units to continue strongly improving the business investment environment, creating favorable conditions for enterprises during the deployment and operation process of the Project, contributing to building the province's investment environment to be increasingly transparent, attractive and effective.
