On the occasion of the 101st Anniversary of Vietnamese Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 – June 21, 2026) and the 34th anniversary of the founding of Thai Nguyen Province Journalists Association (June 15, 1992 – June 15, 2026), on June 11, Thai Nguyen Province Journalists Association organized a roots-return program at ATK Dinh Hoa, with the participation of the Association's leadership, members, reporters from local press agencies, and representative offices of central press agencies in the province.

On the afternoon of June 11, Thai Nguyen University held a meeting with central and local press agencies on the occasion of the 101st Anniversary of Vietnamese Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 – June 21, 2026). Attending the meeting were representatives of press management agencies; the Provincial Journalists Association; central and local press agencies; and leaders and officials in charge of communications at Thai Nguyen University.

Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee signs media cooperation agreements with 5 central press agencies

On the afternoon of June 11, Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee held a conference to sign the Media Cooperation Program for the 2026–2030 period with 5 central press agencies: Nhan Dan Newspaper, the Voice of Vietnam, Vietnam Television, the Vietnam News Agency, and Communist Review.

Determined to achieve the target of 100% of people receiving regular health checkups and free screenings in 2026

On the morning of June 9, Comrade Bui Van Luong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, and Head of the Steering Committee for the Implementation of Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW of the Politburo on Breakthrough Solutions to Strengthen the Protection, Care, and Improvement of the People's Health, chaired the Conference on Implementing the Peak Campaign Month for Regular Health Checkups and Free Screenings for the People of Thai Nguyen Province. The conference was held in a hybrid format, combining in-person and online participation from 92 communes and wards.

Nearly 31,000 people receive health checkups at community health centers and stations

To date, 100% (92/92) of communes and wards across the province have completed the establishment and launch of community health care centers/stations and elderly health care centers, prior to May 30, 2026. Of these, 15 out of 92 communes and wards have additionally established 36 community health care and elderly health care stations.

Thai Nguyen athletes win 5 medals at the U18–U23 Asian Canoeing Championships

Competing in the 2026 U18–U23 Asian Canoeing Championships held in Kazakhstan, Thai Nguyen athletes delivered outstanding performances, winning a total of 5 medals comprising 1 Gold Medal (GM), 2 Silver Medals (SM) and 2 Bronze Medals (BM), contributing to the overall results of the Vietnam National Team.
