Overall perspective of the Project site plan

TNG Viet Bac Social Housing Project is invested by TNG Land Joint Stock Company and implemented on Viet Bac street, Tich Luong ward, Thai Nguyen province. The project has a total area of 1.89 hectares, a population scale of about 2,418 people and is invested by off-budget capital sources. According to the planning, the project includes 1,029 social housing apartment units and 26 adjacent commercial housing units. The high-rise social housing area is built with 2 apartment buildings of 22 above-ground floors and 1 basement, with a total floor area of over 85,900 m². The low-rise commercial housing area includes 26 units of 3 floors, with a total floor area of over 7,000 m². The project is invested with synchronous technical infrastructure and amenities such as a basement parking area of about 7,000 m², community living spaces, kindergartens, greenery systems and landscape.

Perspective of the Project

The project commenced construction on February 23, 2026 and is expected to hand over apartments in the first quarter of 2028. In the first sale phase, the investor expects to provide 515 social housing apartments, with areas ranging from 30 m² to 70 m² and a selling price of about VND 20 million/m² (excluding value-added tax and maintenance funds as prescribed). The expected time to receive registration dossiers to buy houses in phase 1 is in the third quarter of 2026. The official time will be announced when the investor qualifies to sell off-the-plan housing in accordance with regulations. The registration dossier to buy social housing includes a housing purchase registration application, a certificate of housing conditions, a certificate of subject and income conditions and related personal documents.
