Representatives of units reporting in detail on preparations for the event

At the meeting, project investors and event organizers reported in detail on the implementation of directives issued by the Provincial People’s Committee regarding preparations for the event. Accordingly, up to now, all matters related to sites, organizational plans and program scripts have been finalized. Legal procedures for the ground breaking and inauguration of the projects have been completed through close coordination between relevant departments and project investors. Arrangements for electricity supply, telecommunications, signal transmission and connectivity among connection points are being actively implemented in preparation for a full rehearsal prior to the event.

In his concluding remarks, Vice Chairman Bui Van Luong assigned the Department of Construction to closely follow directives from the central authorities and guidance from the Ministry of Construction and to proactively advise on the issuance of provincial documents to ensure comprehensive direction and guarantee that the program is conducted in a serious, solemn and effective manner.

Departments, boards, branches, agencies and units assigned tasks, based on comments at the meeting, must urgently finalize contents according to the motto "clear person, clear task, clear responsibility". The Department of Construction, as the standing agency, is responsible for monitoring, supporting and urging units to implement; promptly synthesizing, reporting and advising on handling difficulties and obstacles arising (if any). Localities must focus on ensuring landscapes, environmental sanitation and decoration, creating a solemn and exciting atmosphere to welcome the program. Media agencies must increase duration, innovate and create propaganda forms on many platforms, contributing to spreading the event's meaning and creating the People's response towards the major event of the province and the country. Emphasizing requirements on ensuring security, order, traffic safety and food safety and hygiene, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested functional forces to continue reviewing carefully, building strict plans and absolutely not allowing arising, passive, or unexpected situations to occur.
