Trainees in the training course were provided with an overview of community tourism models and principles for developing community tourism today; introduction to the Community Tourism Standards; guidance on skills for organizing and operating community tourism sites; and various types of tour service products linked to the consumption of representative local products.

The training course aims to equip participants with knowledge and skills for operating community tourism models, contributing to improving the operational efficiency of cooperatives, while working toward developing distinctive tourism products associated with local cultural identity. The training course also supports cooperatives in accessing sustainable community tourism development methods, leveraging existing potential and creating livelihoods for local residents. The development of community tourism through the collective economic model not only helps improve production and business efficiency of cooperatives but also creates attractive tourism spaces that connect communities and preserve indigenous culture.

This is the second course in the plan to organize two training courses according to Decision No. 252/QD-LMHTX dated April 24, 2025, of the Provincial Cooperative Alliance. The course will run from now until May 10. In addition to theoretical learning, trainees will have the opportunity to visit and learn from practical experiences in Hoa Binh province.
