Nearly 32,000 visitors offer incense and tour ATK Dinh Hoa Special National Historic Site

The Memorial House of President Ho Chi Minh at the top of De Pass in Phu Dinh commune, Dinh Hoa district is the first stop on visitors’ journey to revisit historical roots

During the period from 1946 to 1954, Dinh Hoa District in Thai Nguyen Province was selected by the Party Central Executive Committee, the Government and President Ho Chi Minh as a revolutionary safe zone. Today, ATK Dinh Hoa Special National Historic Site has become a unique cultural and historical tourism destination in Thai Nguyen Province and Viet Bac region. It serves as a revered “red address” for historical education, instilling revolutionary traditions in generations of Vietnamese people, especially youth and children. Each year, the Management Board of ATK Dinh Hoa Historical and Ecological Site welcomes hundreds of thousands of visitors for tours and incense-offering ceremonies. Since the beginning of 2025 alone, the Management Board has received nearly 760 visitor groups, with almost 26,000 registered guests and over 6,000 walk-in visitors.

During the historic days of May, celebrating the 135^th anniversary of the birth of the great President Ho Chi Minh, many delegations from across the country have come to offer flowers and incense in remembrance of the beloved Father of Vietnamese nation.

For the past time, Thai Nguyen province has paid significant attention to the restoration and preservation of many relics within ATK Dinh Hoa Special National Historic Site such as: Renovation and repair of President Ho Chi Minh Memorial House; Restoration and preservation of Pu Don Hill historical site… These restored and preserved works strongly reflect the national cultural identity and are not only spiritually significant but also architectural and artistic works, creating appropriate spaces that contribute to preserving and honoring cultural and historical heritage values and educating about revolutionary traditions. They also establish centers for political activities, promoting patriotic traditions and national pride for generations of Vietnamese people, forming a complex of attractive cultural tourism sites that draw visitors to the locality.
