Additionally, the training content included: How to build effective product promotion content using AI technology; utilizing tools for automatic video and product image creation; skills for interacting with customers on digital platforms; operating stores on e-commerce platforms such as Postmart, Voso, Shopee...; along with notes on brand protection and market development.

The Training Course was organized to equip cooperatives with basic knowledge about AI, current digital technology development trends and especially practical skills in applying AI for product promotion, introduction and distribution on e-commerce platforms, contributing to enhancing digital transformation capabilities, helping cooperatives gradually innovate their production and business methods, maximizing technological potential for sustainable development in the digital era. Through the Training Course, cooperatives gained additional tools and new methods to improve production and business efficiency, expand product distribution channels and promote comprehensive digital transformation in the collective economic sector of the province.
