The Conference was attended by leaders of the Party Committee of Provincial Party Agencies; the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda, Education and Mass Mobilization Commission; Provincial Youth Union leaders along with 300 Youth Union officials and members. The Conference was also connected online with nearly 100 Youth Union branches throughout the province.

At the Conference, delegates were presented with 3 key specialized topics for 2025, including: The province-wide topic "Learning and following Ho Chi Minh's thoughts, ethics and style on building Thai Nguyen province's personnel force to be truly pioneering, exemplary, with pure revolutionary ethics, strong political resolve and sufficient capacity to meet task requirements in the new situation"; The topic for Youth Union officials "Learning and following President Ho Chi Minh's grassroots working style"; The topic for Youth Union members "Learning and following Ho Chi Minh's thoughts, ethics and style on preserving and promoting national cultural identity".

On this occasion, Thai Nguyen Province Youth Union also organized a review of 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on "Promoting learning and following Ho Chi Minh's thoughts, ethics and style" for 2016 – 2025 period. After 10 years of implementation, Youth Union branches throughout the province have developed many creative, effective models and approaches, helping to make learning and following Uncle Ho's example a regular activity that has spread widely among children and youth.

In recognition of the gained achievements, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union awarded Certificates of Merit to 06 collectives and 07 individuals with typical achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's thoughts, ethics and style for 2016 – 2025 period.

The Conference was a meaningful activity, demonstrating the determination of Thai Nguyen youth in learning and following Uncle Ho's example through specific and practical actions, contributing to building an increasingly strong Youth Union organization and actively contributing to the overall development of the province. Notably, holding the conference on May 19 - the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birth (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025) further expressed the sincere respect and profound gratitude of Thai Nguyen youth for his great contributions. Each Youth Union official and member pledged to follow the revolutionary path chosen by Uncle Ho.
