Artistic performance to celebrate the Commendation Ceremony

The Commendation Ceremony was attended by the following comrades: Vu Duy Hoang, Member of the Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda, Education and Mass Mobilization Commission; Mai Thi Thuy Nga, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Linh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee along with award-winning students and teachers whose students won prizes from various competitions.

During 2024-2025 school year, Thai Nguyen province's Education sector has made significant efforts to innovate and creatively implement its academic programs and responsibilities. The quality of education across all levels has been maintained with steady and solid development, particularly in advanced education programs, which have achieved many notable accomplishments. At the National Excellent High School Student Contest for 2024-2025 school year, Thai Nguyen province rose to 7th place among the top 10 provinces/cities with the highest number of national awards, with 90 students winning prizes including: 2 First Prizes, 17 Second Prizes, 29 Third Prizes and 42 Consolation Prizes (an increase of 20 prizes compared to 2023-2024 school year). This is the best result ever of Thai Nguyen province.

Along with that, at the National Finals of the 7th Student Startup Ideas Competition 2025, Thai Nguyen province's students proudly won 1 Third Prize out of 125 projects and ideas that reached the Finals. At the National Science and Technology Research Competition for 2024-2025 school year, Thai Nguyen province's students won 1 Third Prize and 2 Promising Awards.

Speaking at the Commendation Ceremony, Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Tuan, Director of the Department of Education and Training emphasized: These proud achievements are the result of the persistent efforts of the students, the dedication of the teaching staff, the support of parents and the decisive leadership of the Education sector. He enthusiastically commended the students and teachers who achieved excellent results in the competitions, particularly highlighting the pioneering role of Luong Ngoc Quyen High School for the Gifted and Luong Ngoc Quyen High School – institutions that have consistently maintained their position as the backbone of the province's academic excellence movement. He also expressed his hope that the students would continue to nurture their passion for learning, research and creativity; striving to become high-quality human resources that contribute to realizing Thai Nguyen province's development goals.

The Commendation Ceremony is an opportunity to recognize and honor the outstanding efforts and achievements of teachers and students in Thai Nguyen province's Education sector on their journey to conquer the heights of knowledge; while also demonstrating the profound concern of provincial leaders for education and training – the foremost national policy of the Party and State.
