Speaking at the Conferences, Comrade Trinh Xuan Truong, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, emphasized: In accordance with the directives of the Politburo and the Party Central Secretariat on continuing to comprehensively reform personnel work — in particular, the policy of assigning certain leadership positions to non-local personnel to ensure objectivity, strengthen integrity and transparency and enhance the effectiveness of leadership and direction at all levels — and based on practical circumstances, cadre competencies and task requirements, at these dedicated personnel conferences, the Provincial Party Committee will carry out the procedures for nominating candidates to consolidate and supplement the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee of Thai Nguyen for the 2026–2031 term and to consolidate and supplement the membership of the Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2025–2030 term. The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee called on delegates to proceed with the procedures for consolidating and supplementing the Provincial Party Executive Committee in strict accordance with Party structure, standards, conditions and current regulations, ensuring democracy, objectivity and full compliance with established rules.

With a high sense of responsibility, the Conferences carried out the personnel procedures and reached consensus to nominate Comrade Tran Van Hau, Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, for election to consolidate and supplement the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2026–2031 term; and to nominate Comrade Nguyen Minh Hung, Chief Justice of Thai Nguyen Province People's Court, to be submitted to the competent authority for consideration and designation as a member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2025–2030 term.
