Perspective view of Nam Tien 2 Urban Area Project

The project enjoys a prime location adjacent to the administrative center and Van Xuan Square. It will be connected to National Highway 3, Hanoi–Thai Nguyen Expressway and Ring Road 5. From the project, residents can easily travel to Hanoi and Noi Bai Airport. In addition, the project serves as a nucleus urban area among the province’s key industrial parks, such as Yen Binh Industrial Park, home to Vietnam’s largest Samsung complex, along with Song Cong 2 and Diem Thuy Industrial Parks. With this strategic location, the project is expected to meet the demand for modern housing, commerce and services for the growing community of experts, engineers and high-quality workers increasingly concentrated in Thai Nguyen Province.

Covering 35.29 hectares with a total investment of more than VND 4,253 billion, the project is planned to include townhouses, lakeside villas and luxury apartments. The apartments are designed to be modern and space-efficient and are integrated with smart home technology and a comprehensive amenity system, contributing to the formation of a high-quality living and working environment for residents and investors.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Duong Van Luong emphasized that the socio-economic situation of Thai Nguyen Province in the first four months of the year continues to maintain positive growth momentum, with many encouraging results: State budget revenue reached VND 10,742 billion, up 150 percent compared to the same period in 2025; 744 new enterprises were established province-wide, with 12 additional FDI projects attracted along with numerous projects raising their registered capital, thereby further affirming Thai Nguyen Province’s position among the leading localities nationwide in foreign investment attraction. Alongside economic development, the province has focused on accelerating site clearance to create cleared land reserves for industrial and urban development, demonstrating its commitment to improving the investment environment and supporting businesses. Regarding Nam Tien 2 Urban Area Project, the Vice Chairman commended and acknowledged the active coordination of departments, agencies and localities, as well as the public consensus on site clearance and investment procedure completion, enabling the project to break ground on schedule. He called on the investor to concentrate resources, conduct construction to ensure quality and meet deadlines, comply with regulations on investment, construction, the environment and labor safety, and bring the project into operation as soon as possible to maximize investment effectiveness.
