The High-Tech Tea Production and Processing Factory Complex and Organic Tea-growing Area Project is developed by Quan Chu Tea Joint Stock Company with a total investment of approximately VND 1,200 billion. The project plans a concentrated organic tea-growing area of approximately 300 hectares, applying high technology and digital transformation across the entire value chain - from production and processing to traceability and brand building. The project aims to develop tea production in accordance with green and sustainable standards, contributing to enhancing product value and promoting Thai Nguyen Province’s tea culture.

Perspective view of Quan Chu Cultural, Sports and Golf Course Complex Project

In parallel, Quan Chu Cultural, Sports and Golf Course Complex Project, developed by Le Mont Golf Investment Joint Stock Company with a total capital of approximately VND 1,000 billion, features an 18-hole golf course along with service, resort and auxiliary infrastructure facilities covering nearly 90 hectares. The project is designed as an eco-golf model, leveraging the natural landscape of the eastern slopes of the Tam Dao mountain range and connecting with Nui Coc Lake tourist area.

At the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Vinh, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors and General Director of Quan Chu Tea Joint Stock Company, representing the investors, stated that the projects are oriented toward a sustainable development model that integrates agricultural production with the preservation of tea culture, tourism development and the enhancement of economic value for the locality. She also pledged to implement the projects in full compliance with regulations, with a strong focus on environmental protection and job creation for local residents.

Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Do Duc Cong, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council, affirmed that tea is the province’s leading agricultural product and a defining element of Thai Nguyen’s identity and pride. The Provincial Party Executive Committee has issued Resolution No. 11-NQ/TU dated February 3, 2025 on developing the tea sector for the 2025–2030 period, with the target of achieving total tea product value of approximately VND 25,000 billion by 2030. The Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council assessed that investing in the High-Tech Tea Production and Processing Factory Complex and Organic tea-growing area is a sound direction, contributing to the formation of an integrated chain from production and processing to brand building and product distribution. He also expressed confidence that Quan Chu Cultural, Sports and Golf Course Complex Project would create an additional highlight for tourism and service development, enhancing the attractiveness of the locality.

He called on the investors to concentrate resources and implement the projects on schedule and to the required quality standards, in full compliance with the law, with particular attention to environmental protection and harmonization of interests with the community. He also directed relevant departments, agencies and localities to continue their cooperation and support in order to facilitate the timely completion and effective operation of the projects.
