The project is being developed in Van Xuan ward and Trung Thanh ward, covering approximately 48.14 hectares with a total investment of more than VND 1,214 billion, and is expected to provide approximately 1,133 residential units along with a comprehensive system of technical infrastructure, services and landscaping. To accelerate implementation, the province has directed the application of the “24-Hour Green Lane” and “60% Green Lane” mechanisms for certain procedures related to the project, prioritizing rapid file processing, streamlined procedures and reduced review timelines, parallel processing of multiple file-handling steps and enhanced coordination among relevant authorities. This has contributed to shortening administrative procedure resolution times and promptly addressing difficulties and obstacles for businesses.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Comrade Nong Quang Nhat, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, commended the proactive spirit and determination of the investor throughout the process of researching, completing legal documentation and coordinating with provincial departments, agencies and localities to implement the project in compliance with regulations and on schedule. He directed investors to concentrate resources to implement the project on schedule, ensuring quality, safety and effectiveness; to strictly adhere to technical codes, occupational safety standards and environmental sanitation requirements; and to coordinate closely with local authorities and residents in the project area. Provincial departments, agencies and localities are to continue to provide support, promptly address difficulties, accelerate the resolution of administrative procedures and avoid prolonged backlogs.
