Delegates visiting Dong Hy commune Public Administrative Service Center

The trial operation session was conducted seriously, following the proper sequence simulating the activities of important institutions in the commune's political system such as: the First Conference of Dong Hy Commune Party Executive Committee for 2025-2030 term; the First Session of the Commune People's Council; the first session of the Commune People's Committee and Fatherland Front Committee. At Dong Hy commune Public Administrative Service Center, state management software, shared databases and interconnected processes were also operated synchronously to test the level of adaptation.

The trial operation program for the new organizational apparatus at Dong Hy commune provided an opportunity for the core staff and commune civil servants to familiarize themselves with operational procedures in accordance with regulations and guidelines from the Central and provincial levels. At the same time, it drew lessons and experiences so that new communes after the visit will review their local tasks, ensuring unified operations without interruption when operating the two-tier local government model organization from July 1.
