Up to now, site clearance for the main route has been completed for 226.11 out of 226.59 hectares, achieving 99.8%. However, in Pho Yen City area, there are still 47 households experiencing difficulties, including 8 households related to property and resettlement issues; 12 households that have not agreed to the installation of guardrails; and 27 households requesting insurance payment compensation, causing construction obstacles. Related public works have been completely relocated.

Regarding construction, work items are being implemented synchronously along the entire 42.55 km route. The roadbed has achieved 98.8% completion rate; stone aggregate foundation has reached 88.75%; asphalt concrete pavement has reached 83.9%. The 3 major bridges on the route have also achieved an average of 85.94% completion, specifically: the railway overpass has reached 91.46%; the National Highway 3 overpass has reached 88.86%; Song Cong River bridge has reached 80.81%. Auxiliary items such as drainage, underpasses, greenery, sidewalks... have achieved 94% completion. The total value implemented to date is VND 2,140 billion, achieving 84.39% compared to the contract.

Some notable progress milestones include: Technical opening of the section from Ring Road V to Hoa Son Bridge before November 15, 2024; sections from Km0 to Km0+700, Km1+431 to Km3+841 and bridge work items will complete the entire project before June 30, 2025.

Regarding capital disbursement for 2025, the cumulative amount implemented to date has reached VND 103.443 billion, achieving 24.62% compared to total allocated capital plan of VND 420.17 billion. Functional units are continuing to accelerate construction progress and complete payment documentation to increase the disbursement rate in the coming time.
