Propaganda and education work continued to be effectively implemented with rich content and flexible formats. The study and practice of Ho Chi Minh's thoughts, ethics and style were maintained regularly. Moral education and cultural lifestyle education for young people and children were effectively deployed. The Provincial Youth Union organized over 1,000 activities celebrating the 94th anniversary of the Youth Union's founding, attracting over 50,000 youth union members and young people to participate; 12 models were established for young people and children to participate in introducing and promoting historical and cultural relics; 25 historical landmarks and revolutionary sites were digitized with funding exceeding VND 430 million.

In the youth volunteer movement, youth union organizations at all levels proactively implemented volunteer programs. A typical example is volunteer activities participating in new rural development, which completed 1,548 projects and youth work components with a total value of nearly VND 6 billion. Additionally, youth union organizations at all levels supported the construction and renovation of 70 houses for poor and policy-beneficiary households; handed over 24 community sports areas at commune-level cultural houses valued at over VND 400 million and 25 model rural lighting routes with a total length of 22.5 km, valued at VND 769 million.

Volunteer activities for social welfare were vigorously implemented, with youth union organizations at all levels presenting over 2,000 gifts valued at over VND 1 billion to policy-beneficiary families, disadvantaged children and lonely elderly people in difficult areas throughout the province; 100% of youth pioneer organizations at all levels had activities to support and care for pioneer members and children, with over 15,000 pioneer members and children receiving support; units donated over 1,200 Tet gift sets to ethnic minority students and academically excellent disadvantaged students, along with clothing, blankets, school supplies, instant noodles, ..., with total gift value exceeding VND 800 million.

Volunteer activities participating in ensuring traffic safety and order continued to be appropriately organized; traffic safety law propaganda and education were provided to over 22,000 students. The "Creative Youth" movement made its mark with over 500 creative products and ideas submitted to participate in the startup and creative idea competition for youth and children; 20 activities were organized to honor creative examples and 8 seminars and youth creative forums attracted over 2,500 youth union member participants. Digital transformation activities were promoted through the "Mass AI learning" movement, attracting 1,500 district and city-level youth union officials to participate.

Work accompanying young people in learning, entrepreneurship and skill development continued to be comprehensively implemented. Career guidance, job placement and labor export work also received attention with diverse counseling formats. The "5-Good Students" and "3-Good Students" and "3-Practice Students" movements continued to create an environment for students to strive and develop comprehensively.

Along with that, youth pioneer organizations at all levels throughout the province actively implemented the "Thai Nguyen Children Emulate Following Uncle Ho's 5 Teachings" movement, organizing numerous moral education, tradition and child care activities. Work on building and consolidating pioneer organizations received attention. In the 2024-2025 school year, 18,760 new pioneer members were recruited and 6,125 pioneer members participated in classes to learn about the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union... The "For Our Beloved Younger Siblings" campaign was implemented with diverse and effective content and formats; the Provincial Pioneer Council built 2 "Young Shoots" projects called "Red Scarf Houses"; assisted 12,780 disadvantaged children with total support funding exceeding VND 3.8 billion.

Building the Youth Union; developing Party members and recommending outstanding youth union members for Party consideration and recruitment were also emphasized by Youth Union organizations at all levels. In the first 6 months of the year, the entire province recruited 5,116 new youth union members; recommended 986 outstanding youth union members for Party consideration for recruitment, of which 525 youth union members were admitted to the Party.

Building on achieved results, in the last 6 months of 2025, Thai Nguyen Province Youth Union organizations at all levels will continue to implement solutions to carry out the 2025 work theme "Vietnamese Youth Proud and Confident in Following the Party" in connection with achieving annual work targets and term targets; simultaneously focusing on successfully implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, implementing the reorganization of the political system's organizational apparatus towards being streamlined – compact – strong – efficient - effective - result-oriented...
