Speaking at the Conference, Mr. Dinh Xuan Hai, Honorary Chairman of the Young Entrepreneurs and Business Association of Thai Nguyen Province and Mr. Nguyen Huu Khuong, Chairman of the Young Entrepreneurs and Business Association of Thai Nguyen Province, affirmed: In the context of the country actively promoting renovation efforts and enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the political system, Resolution No. 76/2025/UBTVQH15 dated April 14, 2025 of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the arrangement of administrative units in 2025 was issued, opening a new phase for our country's management system. This arrangement reorganizes administrative units toward being more streamlined, effective, efficient and suitable to development realities and international integration requirements.

This is a strategic resolution aimed at consolidating organizational apparatus and reallocating resources more rationally, while creating favorable conditions for implementing digital transformation programs, administrative reform and improving the quality of services for citizens and businesses.

Mr. Nguyen Van Nam, Chairman of the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Bac Kan Province, delivering remarks

Following this guiding spirit closely, the Young Entrepreneurs and Business Association of Thai Nguyen Province, in collaboration with the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Bac Kan Province, organized this conference on the organizational merger of the two associations. This is a practically significant event aimed at implementing organizational work and preparation for the merger of the two associations, towards a more effective organizational model with closer connections, for the goal of supporting and promoting the development of young entrepreneurs in the northern midland and mountainous region. The merger also affirms and clearly demonstrates the proactive and positive spirit of private enterprises in the process of adapting to new development trends, where connectivity, transformation and innovative creativity are key factors for sustainable and long-term success.

Accordingly, the Conference reached consensus on the direction for merging the two associations in accordance with the spirit and policies of the State. It proposed many important contents regarding the completion of organizational apparatus after the merger, opening a new phase of cooperation in the associations' activities; strengthening exchanges, experience sharing, coordinating the organization of training programs, trade promotion and business networking after unification; coordinating with local youth and mass organizations to promote the leading role of young entrepreneurs in community activities, entrepreneurship and innovation...

Mr. Vu Duc Chien, digital transformation consultant from the Institute of Science and Innovation, introducing AI applications for legal document searches

Previously, the Young Entrepreneurs and Business Association of Thai Nguyen Province also organized training workshops for member enterprises with the theme "AI Applications - Guide to Searching Legal Documents on the National Legal Portal" and the theme "Green Transformation Trends ESG Towards NetZero 2025”, delivered by digital transformation and green transformation consultants from FPT at the Institute of Science and Innovation.
