The Party Committee of Thai Nguyen province VBSP is a grassroots Party committee directly under the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, currently comprising 30 Party members organized into 4 subordinate Party cells. During the past term, despite facing numerous difficulties and challenges, with a spirit of unity and solidarity, the Party Committee of Provincial VBSP has continuously enhanced the effectiveness of its leadership and direction, successfully implementing the Resolution of the 15th Congress of the Provincial Party Committee Agencies Block and achieving the objectives and targets set forth in the Resolution of the 4th Congress of the Party Committee of the Provincial VBSP.
Political, ideological and lifestyle education for officials and Party members has been regularly maintained, with prompt implementation of study and research of Party resolutions. Leadership of mass organization activities has been given close attention, helping mass organizations successfully fulfill their organizational duties. Party building work has been regularly maintained, with Party committee and subordinate Party cell meetings organized periodically in accordance with regulations. The leadership and management work of the Party Executive Committee has been focused on innovation; the capacity and responsibility of Party Executive Committee members have been promoted, affirming it as a clean and strong Party Committee.

In his directive speech to the Congress, Comrade Doan Quang Duy, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, affirmed: The achievements of Thai Nguyen Province VBSP during the past term are of great significance, contributing to the overall achievements of Thai Nguyen Province and creating foundations and momentum for the new development phase of the Party Committee in the next period. To effectively fulfill the tasks of the new term, the comrade suggested that the Party Committee should focus on implementing several specific tasks such as: Leading and directing the effective implementation of professional duties, timely reporting and advising on solutions to overcome practical difficulties and obstacles; enhancing the leadership capacity of grassroots Party organizations and Party members, maintaining unity, promoting the pioneering and exemplary role of Party members, creating consensus strength to improve work; promptly disseminating Party policies and resolutions to develop action plans aligned with practical situations; effectively implementing inspection and supervision work to contribute to the proper implementation of Party regulations and legal provisions; effectively implementing organizational consolidation and merger work; studying organizational models for district-level transaction offices when implementing two-tier local government and the reception of Party members from district transaction offices to participate in activities at the Party Committee of Provincial VBSP.

After a period of serious, democratic and highly responsible work, the 5th Congress of the Party Committee of Thai Nguyen Province VBSP concluded successfully and beautifully, completing all content and requirements set forth. The Congress voted to approve the Congress Resolution for the 2025-2030 term with the following objectives: Continue enhancing the leadership capacity and combat strength of the Party Committee, building a strong contingent of cadres and Party members; strengthen and maintaining unity and solidarity throughout the Party Committee, strengthen discipline and order, unity, creativity, striving to overcome all difficulties, being determined to excellently fulfill the political tasks of the Party Committee for 2025-2030 period, effectively implement social policy credit programs, contributing to fast and sustainable poverty reduction and social welfare in Thai Nguyen Province.

Some specific targets of the Resolution of the Congress for 2025 – 2030 term - The average annual growth capital is 8% or more; overdue debt ratio is less than 1%; Annual average outstanding loan growth is 8% or more; - Ensure salaries for officials, civil servants and employees according to prescribed regimes; - Interest collection rate is over 98% or more; - Annually, 100% of the Party Committee's subordinate Party cells successfully fulfill their duties or higher. The Party Committee strives to successfully fulfill its duties or higher annually; - 100% of Party members, officials, public employees and employees participate in studying, researching and thoroughly grasp the guidelines, policies and resolutions of the Party, laws of the State and well comply with the directives and resolutions of the Party, policies and laws of the State and internal rules and regulations of agencies; - Recruit 8 or more new Party members during the term; - Strive annually for the unit to meet cultural agency standards; - 100% of the families of officials and Party members meet the standards of Cultural Family. - For digital transformation: Promote digital transformation and organize policy implementation, ensure security, safety and confidentiality, focus on implementing connections to national and specialized databases to update and manage beneficiaries of social policy credit.
