Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Tran Ho Nam, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Company, emphasized: During the 2020-2025 term, despite facing numerous difficulties, the Company's Party Committee demonstrated unity and innovation, comprehensively fulfilling all production and business targets while ensuring safe and continuous electricity supply for local socio-economic development.
During the past term, the Company excellently achieved various targets, notably: investing over VND 2,000 billion to construct 4 new 110kV transformer substations, bringing the total to 16 substations; upgrading over 100 km of 110kV transmission lines, providing stable power supply to major industrial parks. Phu Binh 2 220kV substation project and its 110kV transmission lines were energized in May 2025, contributing to ensuring electricity supply for the province's breakthrough growth.

The Congress established general objectives for 2025-2030 term are to enhance the leadership capacity and combat strength of Party organizations and Party members; to build a contingent of officials and Party members, particularly leadership and management officials, with adequate qualities, capabilities and prestige to meet task requirements in the new situation; to be determined to excellently fulfill assigned political tasks; to build and manage a modern, safe and flexible power grid system that meets the requirements of local economic-political, cultural-social and security-defense development, contributing to affirming the position of the electricity sector in the country's development.

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Mai Thi Nhai commended the gained achievements, emphasized the role of leaders and praised the spirit of unity, creativity and determination to overcome difficulties of all officials, Party members and employees of the Company.
