The delegation visited Thai Hai Reserve Area of Ecological Houses-on-stilts Village, Thinh Duc Commune, Thai Nguyen City

The program was attended by leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Provincial Tourism Association; representatives of province travel companies of Thai Nguyen province, provinces and cities in the Red River Delta region and neighboring provinces of Thai Nguyen province; central and local press, information and media agencies.

The program is organized to promote communication and promotion about the potentials and strengths of Thai Nguyen tourism, at the same time build and develop tours, community-based tourist routes, rural agriculture, improve products, services, infrastructure, material and technical of destinations on the basis of exploiting and promoting the advantages of natural resources, national cultural identity,  traditional craft villages, agricultural products, OCOP products to exploit and develop community tourism products, rural agriculture in Thai Nguyen province. Along with that, it aims to strengthen connections and promote investment in the local tourism sector to create new and attractive products for tourists.

In the first day, the delegation visited Thai Hai Reserve Area of Ecological Houses-on-stilts Village, Thinh Duc commune (Thai Nguyen city); Tan Cuong Tea Cultural Space, Tan Cuong Tea Region and Tan Cuong Commune Community Tourist Spot (Thai Nguyen City); Community tourist spot in Mo Ga hamlet, Phu Thuong commune, Vo Nhai district.

At the destinations, members of the delegation participated in experiencing traditional folk games, visited and experienced tea harvesting, processing, and packaging. The delegation highly praised the potential for developing community tourism and agricultural rural tourism in Thai Nguyen province.

As planned, tomorrow (December 7), there will be a talkshow program "Connecting to introduce and develop community tourism destinations, rural agriculture in Thai Nguyen province" to attract visitors to Thai Nguyen to experience community tourism and rural agricultural activities.
