- Cargo transport: The volume of freight in 2020 reached 41.5 million tons with a turnover of 1.689.4 million tons.km, an increase of 1.56% in transport volume but a decrease of 0.47% in rotation volume compared to 2019.  

        - Passenger transport: The number of passengers transported in 2020 reached 16.3 million passengers with a rotation of 905.6 million passengers.km, decreased by 13.2% in passenger transport volume and decreased by 16% in terms of passenger turnover compared to 2019.

        Transportation revenue in the whole year of 2020 reached 4.564 billion, decreased by 0.44% compared to the whole year of 2019, in which, freight transportation reached 3.402.4 billion, increased by 1.2% compared to the same period (accounting for 74.5% of total transportation revenue), passenger transport revenue reached 727.8 billion VND, decreased by 11.5% compared to 2019 and revenue from loading and unloading and warehousing activities reached 433.9 billion VND, increased by 8.48%.

       In 2020, the total number of telephone subscribers reached 1.25 million and average 95.7 subscribers/100 people. The number of landline phone subscribers was 17 thousand subscribers, a decrease of 4.2 thousand subscribers, equivalent to a decrease of 19.8%)%) compared to 2019 (due to the control of the telecommunications industry in strengthening the control of personal information of user) ; the number of mobile phone subscribers was 1.23 million.

       The number of fixed internet subscribers reached 226.8 thousand subscribers, an increase of 30.7% compared to 2019. On average, it reached 17.3 subscribers per 100 people.
