The 2025 Action Month for Occupational Safety and Hygiene carries the theme "Strengthening assessment, identifying hazards and risks and proactively implementing occupational safety and health measures at the workplace”. The 2025 Workers' Month is themed "Vietnamese workers taking the lead in entering a new era”.

With powerful messages, the event aims to call upon businesses, workers and the entire society to join hands in raising awareness, effectively implementing solutions to prevent occupational accidents, improving working conditions and protecting workers' health; continuing to promote the role of trade unions in caring for and protecting workers' legitimate rights; and promoting emulation movements for good work and creative labor, contributing to enhancing labor productivity and quality.
