Contributing opinions on the directive document regarding site clearance to effectively implement the approved Thai Nguyen Province Plan by the Prime Minister, delegates proposed that the directive should focus on three key aspects: progress, procedures and the responsibilities of localities and units. The directive document should also clearly outline the responsibilities of party committees, authorities at all levels and relevant agencies and units in compensation and site clearance work, specifying deadlines for resolving related issues.

Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Nguyen Huy Dung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, emphasized the extremely important role of compensation and site clearance work in achieving the province's double-digit economic growth target in 2025. The Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee should proactively advise the Provincial Party Standing Committee on specific matters and decisively lead and direct the effective implementation of compensation and site clearance tasks. He requested that specialized agencies review and evaluate task performance results and, based on that, propose appropriate content for the directive document with a more decisive spirit, linked to specific progress, procedures and responsibilities of each level, sector, locality and unit. Additionally, the creative application of the spirit of Resolution No. 57 on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and digital transformation in all aspects of socio-economic life should be integrated into the timely direction of task implementation. The focus of the province's compensation and site clearance work in 2025 will be on key projects and industrial zones and clusters. Therefore, leadership and direction efforts must closely align with this content to meet the overall goals and tasks.
