99.58% of administrative procedure dossiers resolved on schedule in the first quarter of 2025

Additionally, in implementing the Governance Index for evaluating the quality of public and business services in administrative procedures and real-time e-government services via the National Public Service Portal, Thai Nguyen ranked 1st out of 63 provinces and cities, with a composite score of 82.5/100.
Administrative reform (AR) has been consistently and effectively implemented by agencies and localities under the National AR Master Program for 2021–2025. In the first quarter, the provincial inspection team conducted unplanned AR and civil service checks at 17 agencies and localities. The inspections confirmed that civil servants and public employees adhered to regulations, maintained discipline and followed work schedules to promptly resolve administrative procedures for citizens.

The "one-stop" and interlinked one-stop mechanism has met requirements, with a high on-time resolution rate. Many units, such as the Departments of Industry and Trade, Home Affairs, Education and Training and Science and Technology, reported no overdue applications. The specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee have been streamlined to operate efficiently, cohesively and uniformly in state management.
Digital government and digital transformation have achieved significant results, reshaping administrative operations and improving service quality for citizens and businesses. The province has deployed dedicated data transmission networks for 36 provincial and district channels and 172/172 commune-level channels.

Thai Nguyen currently provides 911 online public services integrated into the National Public Service Portal (including 740 full-process and 171 partial online services). 100% of citizens and businesses using online services have been granted unified digital identification and authentication across all provincial information systems. Online payment adoption reached 77.45%, with 79.5% of administrative procedures enabling online transactions. Electronic result issuance accounted for 85.45% and data reuse and digitization utilization reached 61.27%.
