Overview of the working session
At the session, Mr. Nguyen Linh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, provided an overview of Thai Nguyen’s socio-economic development and potential. Located strategically within the Hanoi Capital Region and possessing a well-developed infrastructure system, Thai Nguyen is a major hub for human resource training nationwide, including numerous vocational training institutions. The province is actively promoting industrial development, digital transformation, and the application of high technology in production—resulting in a growing demand for high-quality human resources. Mr. Linh also emphasized the crucial role of international cooperation in enhancing the quality of vocational training to meet the needs of the labor market.

At the meeting, Comrade Nguyen Linh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, expressed Thai Nguyen’s desire for Avestos to support the development of vocational training programs in line with German standards, establish partnerships for teacher training, provide scholarships for vocational study abroad, and invest in training equipment. These are important steps that will help learners access advanced technologies and expand their employment opportunities both domestically and internationally.

In his remarks, Mr. Matthias Kaiser presented several of Avestos Group’s core strengths. Headquartered in the Federal Republic of Germany, Avestos is a company specializing in vocational education, consulting, and support services. With more than a decade of experience, the Group has partnered with numerous educational institutions and enterprises worldwide, including in Vietnam. In Vietnam, Avestos has successfully implemented multiple vocational training programs that meet European standards, providing high-quality human resources for key industries such as automotive technology, mechatronics, hospitality, and construction.
