Invitation for investors to participate in Yen Binh Concentrated Information Technology Park Project

Accordingly, the Project will be implemented in Tien Phong Ward, Pho Yen City and Nga My Commune, Phu Binh District, Thai Nguyen Province with a total area of 197.61 hectares. The main objective of the Project is to invest in and construct architectural landmark buildings (including management and administration areas, service areas, software research and development areas); manufacturing facilities for the production and business of information technology products and services in the form of ecological, modern architecture suitable for various types of information technology and high-tech activities, ensuring unity between the building blocks, architectural lines and colors of the area's structures.

A perspective view of the Yen Binh Concentrated Information Technology Park

The Project will operate for a period not exceeding 50 years from the date the investor is granted land allocation or land lease by the competent authority.

The deadline for submitting project implementation registration documents is 10 days, calculated from the publication date of May 26, 2025, until 5:00 PM on June 4, 2025. Preliminary document requirements: According to Clause 1, Article 33 of the Investment Law 2020.
